Professor Dr José Francisco Etxeberría Guridi, member of the PROMETEO 2018/111 Research Group, Professor of Procedural Law at the University of the Basque Country, participates in the International Congress held at the University of León on "Evidentiary Exclusions in the Research and Electronic Evidence Environment", on 3 and 4 October 2019.
The title of his presentation was "Obtaining DNA profiles through the European Investigation Order: two sides of the same coin".
