The activities were included in the framework of Work Group II, during the 2 and 6 October in Vienna (Austria).
The Prof. Carlos Esplugues Mota, professor of Private International Law at the Universitat de València and member of the research group of excellence MedArbValencia has participated as a representative of Spain in the 67 session of Work Group II: Dispute resolution of the United Nations Committee for the International Commercial Law (UNCITRAL) that took place in the United Nations headquarters of Vienna during the 2 and 6 October, 2017. In this conference were addressed the evolution of preparing two important tools on the cross-border enforcement in mediation agreements.
