
Professor Carlos Esplugues, Directod of the Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice of the University of Valencia, Member of the Excellence Research Group of MedArbValencia and researcher of the PROMETEO-GVA-2018/111 project, has been invited to moderate one of the four tables of the international Seminar about "Acquisition- and ownership- related policies to safeguard essential security interests. New policies to manage new threats" organised by the OCDE within its Paris offices next 12nd March 2019.
In the seminar, representatives of counties, international organizations, business and academic institutions around the world, have been invited to participate, because it is not an open seminar. The effects on foreign investments of the growing trend of governments to control them due to national security reasons have been discussed.
The table moderated by Professor Espluges was named "Evolution of threats. Evolution of Policies” and in it, representatives of France, United States of America, Japan and Switzerland governments have intervened.
