On 9 October 2018 Professors Esplugues and Barona, from the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat de València and members of the MedArb research group, gave two lectures; they were invited by Professor Gyooho Lee, full university professor in Law of the Faculty of Law in Chung Ang University and collaborator of MedArbValencia research group.
These lectures were one of the many activities within the frame of the 100th anniversary of said University.
Professor Barona’s lecture revolved around the topic “Evolution of the Civil Justice on the Modernity and the Role of Arbitration in this Evolution”.
On the other hand, Professor Esplugues’ was about “Towards a New Concept of Justice: Supporting Civil and Commercial Mediation”.
