Booking a Virtual Room

Booking a virtual videoconferencing room

To organise a Connect videoconference you need to make a booking request for a virtual room at least 24/48 hours in advance. Requests for rooms must be made through the University’s Virtual Office of the Secretary (https://secvirtual.uv.es/).

 
ACCESS TO THE VIRTUAL OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY
 

 

At https://secvirtual.uv.es select "Reserva espais i recursos" in the section "Staff". Then click on "Disponibilitat i Reserves". (If you use the link provided in the box above you can skip these steps).

In "Espacio" choose "VIDEOCONFERENCIA" (Reuniones or Docencia) and indicate the desired date and time and then click on "Realizar la reserva".

Immediately after the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your request has been sent, and 24/48 hours later you will receive another e-mail with the information of the room assigned to you, its URL address, the information to be provided to attendees and some other information on the virtual room.

This electronic message will be divided in two parts: one for you (as host) with the URL and all the details concerning the room, and another part with all the information necessary for participants or guests (in Spanish and English).
