Resolution of the call of the 3rd edition of the TÜV SÜD Awards.

3rd edition of the award for the best Final Master Project (TFM) on Sustainability (ESG) of TÜV SÜD and the universities Universitat de València, Universitat Jaume I and Universitat Politécnica de València, as part of the Business and Humanism Chair.

The Universitat de València (UV), the Universitat Jaume I (UJI) and the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) boost –as institutions committed to the creation and transfer of knowledge–initiatives, in coordination, aimed at promoting sustainability in the business network.

They have consolidated an ecosystem of collaboration with key agents of the ESG field, both in the national and international field. 

In this context, the collaboration with TÜV SÜD is part of it. It is an entity of international recognised prestige that contributes to the development of sustainability standards, the reduction of environmental impact, and the support to organisations in its transition towards more sustainable models.

The purpose of this call is to promote and spread sustainability culture (ESG) in the Valencian university field, promoting the interuniversity collaboration and strengthening the ecosystem of specialised talent in sustainability.

In this context, the Universitat de València, the Universitat Jaume I and the Universitat Politècnica de València, with the support of TÜV SÜD, bring together this initiative as a strategic leverage to promote academic excellence, strengthen knowledge transfer, and contribute to the development of professionals capable of responding the environmental, social, and economic current challenges.

Coming from this strategic partnership, the current call is boosted with the objective of fostering talent, recognising academic excellence, and strengthening the training for future professionals in the sustainability field.

Call for the best TFM on sustainability

What is the call of the 3rd edition of the award for the best Final Master Project (TFM) on sustainability (ESG), organised by TÜV SÜD and by the universities Universitat de València, Universitat Jaume I and the Universitat Politècnica de València?

1. Object: to reward the best Final Master Project (TFM) made by students of the Universitat de València, Universitat Jaume I and the Universitat Politècnica de València that have presented and passed their TFM in the 2025/2026 academic year and coincide with this call.
2. The award will consist of three training scholarships, distributed in the following way:
   1. A scholarship valued in 5.950€ to study the Master’s Degree in Sustainability of the TÜV SÜD Academy.
   2. Two scholarships valued till 2.900€ each one for the Trainings of Expert in the Sustainability Area of the TÜV SÜD Academy.
3. The awards will be totally funded and paid by the TÜV SÜD company. They must be used in the maximum period of two years from the award date.
4. This call will be ruled according to the established bases at the Annex I, which can be accessed from the text itself of the call..
5. Requirements: participation is for students of the Universitat de València, Universitat Jaume I and Universitat Politècnica de València who have presented and passed their Final Master Project (TFM) in the 2025/26 academic year.
6. The request can be made through the general register of the UV Online Office.
