On Thursday 29 February, the Chair collaborated in a conference on Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and its coherence with other EU policies.
The conference was organised by CIDES (Research Centre for the Law of the Social Economy and Cooperative Enterprises), of the University of Almeria, as part of a set of conferences entitled ‘Realities and challenges in the agri-food sector’.
The main speaker was Tomás García Azcárate, Deputy Director of the Spanish Institute of Economics, Geography and Demography (IEGD–CSIC). The event was moderated by Tomás Rojas Pachecho, Financial Director of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Spain and member of the Chair for Agri-Food Cooperatives
