The conference was held on the morning of Friday March 27 at the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat de València.
The conference began with the presentation, led by Amadeo Fuenmayor, the directior of the Chair of Regional Taxation.
Next, came the block on family policies, prepared by Teresa Savall. Speakers included: Georgina Solaz (EvalPub, Universitat de València), Karina Doorley (Economic and Social Research Institute de Dublín) y Patricia Bezunartea (General Directior of Family Diversity and Social Services, Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030), who addressed different perspectives on the design and effects of family policies.
Finally, the conference concluded with the closing, carried out by Inmaculada Domínguez Calomarde, General Directior of Tributos y Juego (Generalitat Valenciana).
The event took place in the Sala Pilar Tamboreo (2P04), situated in the second floor of the Faculty of Economics, on the Tarongers Campus.
This Family Policy Day was organized by the Chair of Regional Taxation together with the research group EvalPub of the UV, la Conselleria de Economía, Hacienda y Administración Pública de la Generalitat Valenciana and the Department of the Applied Economics of the Faculty of Economics UV.
