On 16th December at 8.30am the “Fusiones y adquisiciones. Una visión desde la práctica” (Mergers and acquisitions. A view from practice) seminar taught by Mr. Luis Tarabini and Castellani Aznar will take place. The meeting place will be Ignaci Villalonga Hall, located on the 1st floor of the Universidad de Valencia Faculty of Economics.
Tarabini-Castellani is an economist with wide experience in business consulting in corporate processes and in the search for financing and refinancing in different sectors. He teaches at business schools and gives lectures and seminars about different topics related with finances and corporate finances.
