The MICOF SAFF pharmacist highlights the work being carried out by the URM Chair
Throughout our lives we consume a large number of medicines, both to treat minor symptoms and to treat more serious problems or chronic illnesses. For this reason, and to avoid certain practices such as self-medication, the interruption of treatment without the indication of the health professional or the unnecessary accumulation of medicines, the pharmacist Salva Gutiérrez of the Department of Pharmaceutical Care Services and Training of the Official College of Pharmacists of Valencia (MICOF) and collaborator of the URM-MICOF Chair has participated in the COLEGIADOS FARMACÉUTICOS EN LA TARDE DE COPE MÁS VALENCIA, on 30 January 2025.
In addition, the importance of the Chair of Rational Use of Medicines (URM-MICOF) to promote the safe and effective use of medicines, which has been created in collaboration with the University of Valencia and MICOF, was disseminated.
