The Basketball Chair “L’Alqueria del Basket”, and AlqueriaLab have opened a selection process for research projects aimed at their implementation in the basketball area.
This initiative is meant for researchers, research groups and experts who are interested in developing proposals with a practical implementation within the sports environment, from any field of knowledge that may provide value to basketball.
The objective is to identify projects capable of creating useful and transferable solutions daily, benefiting from the connection between research and professional practice.
The Chair will make available an annual allocation of 5000 € for this initiative, in order to support the development of the chosen projects. In addition, different complementary support channels will be assessed, including technical resources, methodological accompaniment, and possible aid linked to their realisation.
Through this initiative, the Chair wants to boost research that transcends the theoretical plan so that it could be used as tools, methodologies, or knowledge with a direct impact in the sports environment.
The deadline to submit the proposals will remain opened until the 30th September 2026.
