Organized by the institutional Culture for Legal Mediation Chair GVA-UV, in the framework of the activities organized for the European Day on Mediation in the Community of Valencia. Director: Silvia Barona Vilar; Secretary: Ana Isabel Blanco García.

The seminary will take place on 27th and 28th January 2022, in the Centre Cultural La Nau (27/02) and in the Salón de Grados in the Faculty of Law UV (28/02).

  • 9:50. The mediator: who can be a mediator in Latin America, is training required, are there codes of ethics, how is the mediator's responsibility regulated?

  • 11:00. What disputes can be brought to mediation, and is mediation possible when public interests are involved?
