In honour of the 30th anniversary of the UV's Institutional and Business Chairs programme, this first-ever event will be held as part of a series of activities scheduled for the coming months.
The event, which will be attended by the UV Chairs in the health sector, will take place on 28 November at 9:30 am in the Graduate Hall of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry and will also be broadcast online.
The inaugural speech of the event will be given by Mavi Mestre, Principal of the Universitat de València. This will be followed by a round table discussion, moderated by Manolo Castellano of Talento Científico SL, to discuss 'The social impact of the UV Health Chairs’ and the following individuals will participate:
- Rocío Aguilar García. Head of Business Relations GSK-Comunidad Valenciana. EVES - GSK – UV Chair.
- Andrés Espinoza Benavides. Head of Sales for Galimplant S.L. in the Levante region Galimplant Chair for Dental Implantology.
- Ricardo Guijarro Jorge. Full University Professor in the Department of Surgery of the Universitat de València. Head of Services for Thoracic Surgery at the Hospital General Universitario de València. Head of the Chair for Advanced and Robotic Surgery.
- Cristina Peris Martínez. Director General of the Foundation of Medical Ophthalmology of the Valencian Community (FOM). Alcon Fisabio UVEG Chair.
The conference will end, after a small snack, in the mezzanine of the Aula Magna, where the different Health Chairs will display their promotional posters.
