Under the title “1st Congress of Innovation and Advanced Management in Training for Employment”, the INNOVA SERVEF-UV Chair holds this meeting on 2 and 3 October at the Aula Magna of La Nau of the Universitat de València. This appointment will gather different Valencian collectives related to training for employment.

The congress will focus on specific experiences and training policies for employment, including those carried out by the Basque Government as well as others of international nature, such as those developed in the Agenzia del Lavoro (ADL) of the province autonomous province of Trento (Italy).

The program will include, in addition to the opening and closing, four presentations and workshops that will also cover the results of a series of innovative initiatives jointly developed by the INNOVA SERVEF-UV Chair and the SERVEF Directorate General, aimed at improving the management of internal knowledge of citizen organisation through specific instruments such as the Service Charter of the Training Centres for Employment dependent on SERVEF and the INNOVA Monitoring Centres for good practices in training for employment, which, on this occasion, will present actions that its training centres have been developing over the last years and represent an innovation in this field.
