Certificate Regulations of the Staff Development and Educational Innovation Service 

The certificates of the activities organised by the Staff Development and Educational Innovation Service at the University of Valencia will be issued by the staff of the office of the secretary of the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality, on the third floor of the building at the Tarongers Campus, Serpis Street 29. 46022 Valencia. Tel: 961625030

Certificates can be requested and issued from 9:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday.

Moreover, the certificates can be requested and received by email and postal mail, following the instructions detailed in this document.

Activities carried out by the staff of the University of Valencia (PDI or PAS)

1. The issuing of certificates with external validity involves the payment of a fee for academic certificates established by the Generalitat Valenciana. The staff of the University of Valencia (PDI or PAS) can request certificates of training activities for internal use at the University of Valencia, which don’t require this fee.

2. To request the certificate of a training activity, you must bring your ID.

3. Certificates may be issued by internal mail. You can request a certificate by post, mail or email.

3.1. A copy of the ID will be attached to the application, which must state:

  • Your name and surnames
  • ID (with letter)
  • Title of the activity you want to certify and year of completion
  • Address of your workplace at the University
  • A copy of our ID

3.2 If a certification with external validity is requested, the staff at the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality will send you a pdf for the payment of the fee.

3.3 Once the fee has been paid, you will send by internal post, fax or email the bank receipt of payment to the staff at the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality.

3.4 The staff at the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality will send you the certificate to the address stated in your application.

Activities carried out by users with no affiliation to the University of Valencia

1. The issuing of certificates with external validity involves the payment of a fee for academic certificates established by the Generalitat Valenciana.

2. To request the certificate of a training activity, you must bring your ID.

3. You may also authorise another person to come to request a certificate. You must sign the authorisation and attach a copy of your ID.

4.- It is possible to receive the certificate by post mail:

4.1.- You will send your application to the staff at the office of the secretary of the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality by internal post, fax (96 162 50 32) or email, stating:

  • Your name and surnames
  • ID (with letter)
  • Title of the activity you want to certify and year of completion
  • Mailing address and email address (to send you the form for the payment of the fee or the certificate requested)

4.2.- You must attach a copy of your ID to the application form.

4.3.- The staff at the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality will send you by post the form to pay the certificate fee.

4.4.- Once the fee has been paid, you will send by internal post, fax or email the bank receipt of payment to the staff at the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality.

4.5.- The staff at the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Centre for Education and Quality will send you the certificate.
