Graduate in Philosophy and Educational Sciences (1994, National Degree Award) and Doctor in Education from the University of Valencia (2000, UV Extraordinary Doctorate Award).

Tenured Professor at the same university since 2002. Director of the Master in Social and Educational Action and of the Department of Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education.

She teaches in the Degree in Social Education and in the Master's in Social and Educational Action, especially regarding issues related to educational evaluation.

Director of 12 doctoral theses already defended.

Member of the Evaluation and Measurement Group (GIUV2016-290), from which funded research projects on educational evaluation and instrument design are developed, combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and from the perspective of evaluation for system improvement educational.

Member of the Ibero-American Network of Researchers on Teaching Evaluation (RIIED).
