On the afternoon of Monday, October 6, 2025, the Opening Ceremony of the Master’s in Accounting, Auditing and Management Control took place, followed by the Opening Ceremony for all master’s Degrees of the Faculty of Economics.

At the specific event for our Master’s, we had the pleasure of hosting Alba Caballero Carrasco (Senior Auditor at Crowe Spain) and Germán Viana Gimeno (Senior Financial Auditor at Luis Caruana & Asociados), both graduates of our Master who are now competent professionals at their respective audit firms. During the session, students had the opportunity to meet them, share their academic and professional concerns, connect with their experiences while studying the master’s degree, and feel inspired by the enthusiasm with which they approach their careers in the field of auditing.

This experience undoubtedly represents another step toward a promising future for our students.

At the joint ceremony for all Master’s Degrees of the Faculty of Economics, we attended the speeches of Dean Mr. Francisco Muñoz and Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies Mr. Ángel Soler, followed by a conference on the impact of artificial intelligence on business models and corporate strategies, given by Mr. Ignasi Pons, General Director for the Eastern Region at the consulting firm Seidor.

The day concluded with an honorary wine reception, which offered attendees a pleasant opportunity to interact informally and share impressions in a cordial atmosphere.
