On Friday, April 17th, the students of the Master's Degree in Accounting, Auditing and Management Control had the opportunity to receive training and visit the facilities that the company Vicky Foods has in Gandía. In this training session, José Vicente Castell, as an external lecturer for the Strategic Management Control course, delivered a full session at the company where he carries out his professional activity, which was complemented by a visit to the facilities so that the students could observe first-hand the concepts addressed and gain closer insight into the business reality.

The session concluded with a talk focused on the functions of the controller, among which the preparation and monitoring of the strategic plan, the preparation of the budget, the use of operational tools, and the reporting aimed at facilitating the decision-making of the board of directors.
