The master’s degree intends to train specialists in the acquisition and processing of data (whether they arestructured or not) of any size and volume for the extraction process of useful knowledge. They will be prepared to assume the following tasks:

• Data extraction and manipulation from different environments.
• Processing of structured data (among them are signals, images and video) and non-structured.
• Users’ segmentation.
• Stocks forecast.
• Using IT tools for Big Data.
• Implementation of advanced analysis methods in the company for the optimisation of processes.
• Usage of advanced analytical models for the solution of real problems.
• Development of intelligent models based on data.
