1.-Students completing their studies
The students who will complete their studies for entering to the Master’s in the current academic year 2013-2014, may pre-register although at the time of submitting their application form they have not completed such studies. In any case, if you are admitted in the Master’s, it will be “conditionally” until you state during the established deadline at the Postgraduate Service (Secondary Education Section-Aulario Monteolivete) that you have finished the studies.
We recommend students to pre-register in the first or second phase of pre-registration, whenever they can certify the completion of their studies for entering before 17 July (first phase) or 29 September (second phase).
The fact of requesting the pre-registration before doesn’t mean any right or preference.
In the event of not submitting any degree certification in the periods established means the loss of the place allocated conditionally, and, if any, the candidates who are in the waiting list will be allocated in these places.
2.- Electronic application form
a) In the electronic application form you should indicate:
- The personal and academic information. The students without Spanish nationality or without residency in Spain, at the sections “provincial de nacimiento”, “municipio de nacimiento”, “provincial de residencia” and “municipio de residencia” must select the option “extranjero”.
- The Master’s Degree or, if applicable, the academic pathway/specialisation of the Master’s in which you are interested, in order of preference, to a maximum of three. The preference is decisive, since the places offered in the Master’s Degrees it will be allocated according to the order indicated by the students in their application forms. In the case that exists more demand than places offered these will be allocated according to the results of the evaluation of merits by the Academic Coordinating Committee.
- The modality of attendance (full time or part time basis), in which you would like to take the Master’s. In case you choose to take the Master’s in a part-time basis you must attach a brief justification.
- In the event of students who certify a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% they will opt for the 5% quota reserved for disabled people. In this case, you should indicate this circumstance at the corresponding section of the electronic application form and attach the corresponding supporting documentation.
- The payment of the Foreign Qualification Equivalence fee. Those students who enter by a foreign university degree, not approved, and issued in an educational system outside the European Higher Education Area should make the electronic payment of the fee of 155,22 euros through the electonic application form. This payment will be necessary for finishing the pre-registration process.
b) Registration and clearing:
Once you have completed the application form you have to send electronically the form clicking on the button “enviar”, of the tab “finalizar.
For checking if your application form has been registered successfully you can click on the option “obtener documento” through which will be generated a pdf document, in which will appear the number of the application form, the submission date and time, the register number and the digital fingerprint of the document.
3.- Pre-admission letters
If prior to the date set for the resolution of the admission you need to certify, either that you are applying for a scholarship or procedures related to visa or other, your status of applicant for entering to the Master’s, you can request the issuance of a pre-admission letter through the following electronic address: infosecundaria@uv.es.
To issue this document is necessary, in any event, that you have previously completed the pre-registration process.
