REGULATORY RULES FOR THE CALL FOR A PRIZE FOR STUDENTS OF THE OFFICIAL MASTER'S DEGREE IN SOCIAL ECONOMY (COOPERATIVES AND NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS), UNIVERSITAT DE VALÈNCIA, ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022
1. Aim
The purpose of the present is to regulate the call for a competition, around the challenge "Formulas for communicating the content of the University Master's Degree in Social Economy (Cooperatives and Non-Profit Entities) to university students who may be interested in issues related to social economy (podcasts, short videos and others)", which will be awarded with a prize of 100 euros.
2. Participants
The competition is open to students enrolled in the 2021-22 academic year in the Master's Degree in Social Economy (Cooperatives and Non-Profit Organisations), who submit a proposal that meets the requirements indicated in this call and who do not fall under any of the circumstances described in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 General Law on Subsidies.
3. Incompatibilities
The award of this prize is compatible with any other grant or aid for the same or a similar purpose, financed with Spanish or Community public or private funds.
4. Submission of applications and documentation
4.1 Applications to participate in the competition may be submitted by e-mail to the following address: mastereconomiasocial@uv.es.
Alternatively, the application may be submitted at the University of Valencia Registry Office and by any of the means provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
4.2 The application will contain the basic data of the applicant (name, surname and * ID number), the mention of the support in which the proposal is presented (*podcasts, short video or other), as well as the proposal around the challenge "Formulas of communication of the content of the Master's Degree in Social Economy (Cooperatives and Non-Profit Entities) to the students of the university who may be interested in issues on social economy (*podcasts, short videos and others)".
4.3 The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 working days from the day after the date of publication of the call for applications on the Official Bulletin Board of the University of Valencia. In addition, they will also be published on the website of the Student Services and on the website of the master's degree course. The communications to the participants in the competition will be made through the publication in the Official Bulletin Board of the University of Valencia.
4.4 The applicant declares, under his/her responsibility, the following:
a) That he/she accepts the terms and conditions of the competition.
b) That all the data included in the application are true.
c) That the proposal submitted has been drawn up by him/her and, therefore, that the intellectual property rights belong to him/her.
d) That he/she does not fall under any of the circumstances set out in articles 13 and 34.5 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, on general subsidies.
4.5 In order for the prize to be awarded, the winner will have to provide a photocopy of the bank details of the current account or savings account, by means of a message sent to the e-mail address to which the application for participation was submitted (mastereconomiasocial@uv.es).
4.6 Applications submitted after the deadline or by any other means than those provided for in these rules will be automatically rejected.
If, once the prize has been awarded, non-compliance by the applicant with any of the established requirements is detected, the applicant may be required to reimburse the amount of the prize.
