The Vice-Rector for Studies and Language Policy of the Universitat de València, making use of the powers conferred on her by the resolution of 19 June 2019, of the Rectorate of the Universitat de València (DOGV 27/06/2019), by which approves the delegation of functions in the vice-chancellors, the general secretary, the manager and other organs of this University, resolves: First Approve the announcement and the bases of the prizes Learn English for the students of the degrees of the campus of Ontinyent of the course 2019-2020, that include in the annex I of this resolution.Segon It consists in the respective file the adequate and sufficient budgetary consignment to take care of the obligations of expense that can derive of this announcement, which is financed by Chapter II of the budget of the University of Valencia for the year 2020, organic code 6701600000, for a total amount of 2,000 euros. Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, an appeal for reversal may be lodged with the same body that issued it within one month, counting from the day after its publication, or directly a administrative contentious appeal before the bodies of the contentious administrative jurisdiction of the Valencian Community within a period of two months, counting from the day after its publication.
