Generally, identifying trends and innovative practices in occupational training, in order to:
- make them known,
- promote their discussion and analysis,
- favour their dissemination and transfer.
Specifically, recognizing successful initiatives (innovation) carried out in the SERVEF Training Centres, as a result of the commitment and effort of many people who:
- Provide work with quality
- Generate innovative strategies and
- Offer efficient solutions to solve a problem, improve a process or give a better service.
Operational objectives:
- Easing experience exchange and technical co-operation.
- Promoting awareness of possible solutions based on proven experience.
- Generating innovative strategies in the application of policies and processes.
- Developing and disseminating effective tools and processes.
- Promoting the exchange of knowledge and experiences through co-operation and peer learning.
- Integrating every individual experience in a network.
- Improving the perception of citizens regarding public training services.
