Q1. Good practices in the contents of training for employment.

Those contents, knowledge, skills, attitudes or abilities (experience) that, applied in the field of training, have demonstrated their capacity to improve the employability of workers, both employed and unemployed, as well as the employability of the special collectives who receive it.

Q2. Good practices in the processes of training for employment.

Initiatives that, carried out during the teaching planning phase, the development of lessons, the tutoring and/or training evaluation, have demonstrated their capacity to introduce positive transformations in the process for which they have been devised.

Q3. Good practices in the management of training for employment.

Successful examples of a change in the management model of training for employment carried out at the Centres, leading to a greater efficiency of the employed economic resources and means, effectiveness in achieving the objectives and transparency in accessing public information.
