How long does it take for an exam grade to appear on my record?
The deadline for professors to fill in grade reports and for the Office of the Secretary of the Faculty to finalise it is 15 calendar days from the day of the examination. Once finalised, it will appear in your record within 24 hours (excluding computer problems).
There is a wrong grade in my record. What I can do?
Only professors can change a grade on the report. You need to speak to the professor so that they go to the Office of the Secretary to modify the grade report. This will also modify the grade on your academic record.
What I can do if I disagree with the grade after the exam revision?
You can challenge the qualification or the revision by writing to the Dean, stating your reasons, within a period of 7 working days from the publication of the final grades, once the grade report has been deposited and finalised in the Office of the Secretary of the Faculty.
I have taken excess optional credits to cover free-elective credits, what must I do to turn them into free-elective credits?
You do not have to do anything, excess optional credits will turn into free-elective credits, although they will not be displayed as such on your record.

You must bring the original certificate and photocopy, fill in a request and then we will begin the process of credit recognition.
If there are fees to be paid, we will give you a receipt, and the process will begin when you bring us the proof of payment.

How long does the validation of free-elective credits take?
Depends on the time of year and on the workload, but generally no longer than a month. If they are the last credits to finish your degree, tell us and we will prioritise it.
When do I request the validation? How long does the validation take?
The validation is requested at the time of enrolment, at the Office of the Secretary, with the required documentation. The time it takes depends on whether the validation is automatic or not.
Do I have to enrol in the subject which I am requesting to be validated?
You do not need to enrol in the subject for which you request the validation.
