What requisites do I have to fulfill in order to request simultaneity of studies?

The Governing Council of the University of Valencia took the agreement of leave without any effect the Regulation of Simultaneity of Studies of the University of Valencia. On the 27th of July of 2010. ACGUV 157/2010.

This means that it is not necessary to request it in the University of Valencia.

What conditions do I have to meet in order to request an academic record transfer?

You can get yourself into two situations:

1- That having started in another university some of the courses taught in this faculty, you want to continue in this faculty.

Necessary requirements:
- Having earned, at least, 60 credits of the study plan corresponding to the course of licenciatura or diplomatura.

- Having earned at least 30 credits for the undergraduate studies that are recognised by this faculty.

Transfers to courses in which there is no face-to-face learning for being in extinguishion process of the study plan will not be admitted.

2- That you want to change course for which you should be admitted in the general arrangement of acces and allocation of places (PAU).

What steps do I have to follow in order to do an academic record transfer?

1- In case of an academic record transfer from another university to ours you will need to make the request in your home faculty.

As regards to the request:

Once admitted we will deliver you a letter of admission that you should submit to your home university.

As regards to the enrolment:

When you are enrolling you will have to submit the dispatch of payment of the rate of the transfer from the home faculty, along with the programmes of the subjects taken sealed by the home faculty if you are going to request validation.

If the transfer is between courses of the University of Valencia or centres attached it will not be necessary the payment of any rate.

2- In case of an academic record transfer from this faculty to other university, you will need to make a requets.

As regards to the request:

You should attach a letter of acceptance. We will send you a receipt that you will need to pay and also bring the proof of payment in order to proceed to transfer your academic record.
