Management and assistance to the research institutes in the dissemination tasks of their activities. This task entails the following actions:

• Guidance and assistance to the institutes collaborating with their corresponding dissemination plans.
• Creation of informative and dissemination materials of the activities of each institute and distribution through the communication channels of the University.
• Call, organisation management of the press conferences on the activities of the institutes.
• Guidance and assistance to the institutes in the university extension activities channelled through the “Nave XXI” Programme.
• Guidance and assistance to the institute in the organisation of events on their activities.
• Technical assistance to the people responsible of the institutes in the writing of opinion articles. Guidance and assistance to the institutes in terms of publications.
• Guidance and assistance to the institutes in their relationships with the media. Guidance and assistance to the institutes in the management of their respective trademarks. Guidance and assistance to the direction of the USI in the tasks relative to their corporate identity (installing sign boards in the facilities, use of the trademarks...).
• Guidance to the institutes in the redefinition and creation of their respective webpages.
• Guidance and assistance to the institutes in the definition and use in their customer maps.
