Following the guidelines established by the Equality Unit, in the Internal Regulations of the Equality Policies Commission, the Equality Commission of the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication was constituted in the academic year 2012/2013, represented in a balanced way by all the sectors of the Center (PDI, PAS, students). This committee must assume the coordination, support and promotion of specific actions related to the principle of equality, which are carried out in the Faculty. It will also maintain a collaborative attitude in relation to the fulfillment of institutional commitments on equality, i.e., with respect to inclusive and non-sexist language, the mainstreaming of the gender perspective in teaching and research and collaboration with the administrative management.
