The Fora de classe grants offer support and guidance for the student body of the Universitat de València for the organisation and execution of sociocultural activities. The submission period for proposals runs from 1 September to 2 October.

The Fora de classe grants award up to €2500 per project to organise a conference or a training workshop, publish a magazine, produce photographic exhibition or promote an awareness-raising programme on a topic of interest. These are some examples of sociocultural activities that can be organised with the support of the Fora de classe grants, promoted by the Students Delegations and managed by the Information and Promotion Service for Students (Sedi).

The ultimate goal of these grants is to encourage students to get involved in the sociocultural programming of the Universitat de València by contributing proposals and carrying them out in all its phases, as well as sharing an experience with colleagues and professionals with common interests.

The first submission period to present projects for the 2024-2025 academic year will run from 1 September to 2 October. This period is for activities that will take place between 1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025. A second submission period will open in the second semester for activities that will take place after 1 April 2025.

Sedi also offers a guidance service, for those who wish or need it, in the design and implementation of the project. In addition, to resolve doubts for the call for the first semester, there will be an information session:
