1. How to carry out an administrative procedures and authorisations.

To carry out administrative procedures in the office of the secretary of the Faculty of Pharmacy which implies the communication of personal data, it will be required to be accredited by presenting the identity card or passport.

To authorise the completion of paperwork for another person, such authorisation shall be recorded in writing, along with a copy of ID card or passport of the person concerned. The authorised person must be accredited by presenting the identity card or passport.

 

e-Administration.

 
Certain administrative procedures can be performed online:


- through the UV website, ENTREU (advanced examination sitting, qualification request, enrolment certificate, academic fees certificate...).


- through Virtual office (group rearrangement, work placements request, receipt consultation, academic record consultation...).

Furthermore, the UV application for mobile devices is now available for download.


2. Information over the phone and via email.

No information regarding personal details will be provide over the phone.
This sort of information will be provided via email only from the university email account or from the section “Consults” within the Virtual Office. You can access both them by entering your user name and password.
