Causes and  justifying documentation

Adjustments in the enrolment (group or schedule shifts) due to overlaps between subjects. When the overlap is due to pending subjects, these will be changed to morning or evening shifts contrary to the rest of subjects.

Change of shift or group (morning and afternoon or vice versa) due to elite or high-level sports practice. Corresponding credential or the photocopy of the DOCV or BOE in which it is made public.

Change of shift or group due to special educative needs derived from any disability. Certificate of disability, medical certificate or other professionals that certify the alleged follow-up. Likewise, the Faculty will verify the need for the change through a report requested from the Unit for the Integration of People with Disabilities (UDP).

- Change of shift or group due to accredited and regular labour activityUpdated working life report, employment contract stating the working day and hours.

Change of shift or group due to other justified causes of force majeure. Documentation that reliably justifies the alleged cause must be provided.

Resolution

The Secretary of the Faculty will announce on the website the date of completion of the resolution process. It will be necessary to consult the results of the applications through the "vist i plau" of the Online Office.

Illness, work or other professional reasons, financial loss of the family unit, other justified causes.

All the alleged reasons must be supported by documentary evidence; the documentation must be submitted together with the application (attached in PDF format with the request via ENTREU).

Resolution

The resolution of the Office of the Vice Principal for Studies will be communicated through Online Office of the Universitat de València (ENTREU)

- All first year students whose enrolment has been cancelled for reasons of force majeure will have the right to reserve a place in the same course in the following year.

- Cancellation of registration will entitle the student to a refund of the registration fee paid, provided that the cancellation request is made before 31 December. This refund of fees must be requested by the student through the electronic office of the Universitat de València (ENTREU)

- Requests for the cancellation of subjects to be requested before 1 October must be submitted to the secretariat of the Faculty of Teacher Training.

- Requests for the total cancellation of subjects to be requested before 1 November must be submitted to the secretariat of the Faculty of Teacher Training.

Official academic transcript, copy of the syllabus stamped by the centre (in the case of studies taken at other universities), copy of the subject's curriculum taken stamped by the department or centre, original and copy of the selection card. In order to validate foreign studies, a sworn translation of all the documentation must be submitted, legalised by diplomatic channels (in accordance with The Hague Convention, if applicable).

IMPORTANT

- Provided that the degree of origin and the destination degree belong to the same branch of knowledge, at least 36 credits of basic training will be recognised.

- Recognition of credits from non-official university studies: the number of credits recognised may not exceed, as a whole, 15% of the total number of credits that make up the curriculum.

The corresponding documentation must be provided in each case, preferably:

- Certification from the company or organisation stating that the applicant has carried out the activity for which recognition is requested and the period of time during which it has been carried out, which must necessarily coincide with that indicated in the employment history report.

- In the case of activities carried out on the applicant's own account, census certificate, membership of a professional association or any other documentation that accredits that the activity has actually been carried out on the applicant's own account.

- Employment history report that accredits the length of service in the contribution group that is related to the competences provided in the corresponding studies.

IMPORTANT

The recognition of credits based on professional or work experience shall be made, as a general rule, with respect to the subjects planned as "internships".
