The nature of the programme requires full-time enrolment, with the commitment to enrol in the first year in Law Practice for 60 credits and in Corporate Law for three compulsory credits; and in the second year in Law Practice for the credits necessary to complete this master's degree and in Corporate Law for at least 30 optional credits; failure to do so will result in exclusion from the programme.
Students who have started or completed their studies in either of the two master's degrees will not be able to access the programme.
For those who have completed the UV Master's Degree in Law Practice between the academic years 2017/2018 and 2021/2022 and who subsequently enrol in the Master's Degree in Corporate Law, the corresponding recognitions will be in accordance with the recognition provisions included in this double master's degree programme, provided that they have taken the optional modules 42566. Tax practice (6 *cr.) and 42554. Practice in company law (6 *cr.), or at least one of them and the optional module 43748. Intensification in social practice (6 *cr.).
