Deadlines
In each academic year only two calls for presenting one-off activities proposals will be made. These will be announced during the first half of November and May and will be announced at the website of the University Extension Service
In any case an activity who has already been developed and that applies for the validation of the credits after its completion will be admitted.
Documentation
The proposals must be submitted to the General Registry or the auxiliary registries of the University of Valencia, and also by email to the official address of the University Extension Service (extensio@uv.es).
- Application for presenting proposals(printed and signed ).
- Brief description and justification of the proposed activity and of the means needed for its development (detailed programme).
- Favourable report of a scientific committee, of the Department Council, of the Permanent Board, Centre Board, Management of the Research University Institute or of the General Services, as appropriate, which guarantees us its relevant quality and educational and scientific interest. .
- Copy of the Current agreement, in the case of a non-profit institution, organisation or entity outside of the University.
