One-off activities are conferences, seminars, lectures and events which have a relevant scientific or educational interest for the students of the University of Valencia and the general public. These activities are organised and coordinated by the departments, centres and research university institutes, or by non-profit institutions, organisations and entities related to the dissemination of culture and science, which have an agreement with the University.
Each academic year, only two proposals for one-off activities will be made. These will be open during the first half of May and November and will be announced in the sufficient time at the website of the University Extension Service .
Under no circumstances an activity already done will be admitted or requesting the validations of credits after completing such activity.
The proposals must be submitted to the General Registry or to the auxiliary registries of the University of Valencia, and also by email to the official address of the University Extension Service (extensio@uv.es).
- Application for presenting one-off activities proposals(printed and signed).
- Brief description and justification of the proposed activity and of the means needed for its development (detailed programme).
- Favourable report of a scientific committee, of the Department Council, of the Permanent Board, Centre Board, Management of the Research University Institute or of the General Services, as appropriate, which guarantees us its relevant quality and educational and scientific interest.
