  The inclusion, by the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5th, for the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, of a new article 58 bis in the njOrganic Law on the General Electoral System (LOREG), generates a certain precaution since, at least potentially, it seems to contain a general authorization for political parties to index citizens. That interpretation, if true, would determine the unconstitutionality of the law.
