Abstract:
This 28 January we celebrate International Personal Data Protection Day on the anniversary of the Council of Europe Convention 108/1981 for the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data. It is therefore highly significant to see how a contribution to the law of our continent permeates states and companies, and is gradually becoming a de facto universal standard.
