The 102nd Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) was held from 8 to 12 January 2023 in Washington, D.C., with Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, as reviewer of part of the manuscripts presented.

The main theme of the 2023 meeting has been "Rejuvenation Out of Disruption: Envisioning a Transportation System for a Dynamic Future".

The meeting program covers all transportation modes, with sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.
