The Blasco Ibáñez Health Office will be provided with new facilities

The principal of the University of Valencia made this announcement during a visit to the health office facilities on the Blasco Ibáñez and Tarongers campuses, after meeting last month with the Health and Safety and Environment Service.

At the end of last April, the principal of the University of Valencia, Maria Vicenta Mestre, the general manager of the University, Juan Vicente Climent, and the deputy general manager for Economic Coordination and Services, Beatriz Gómez, visited the Health and Safety and Environment Service.

During the visit, the University’s governing team expressed its support and gratitude for the work of all the workers that make up a service that has played a key role in this pandemic.

As a follow-up to this meeting, on Wednesday, May 18th, they visited the Health Office at the Blasco Ibáñez Campus, and on Wednesday, May 19th, the Health Office at the Tarongers Campus.

In addition to showing a personal interest in the situation and activity of the health offices and acknowledging the work of the professionals responsible for these occupational health structures, the principal of the University announced that, in order to improve the facilities of the current health office at the Blasco Ibáñez Campus, it will soon be relocated to a new location on this urban campus of the University of Valencia, which will be more spacious and comfortable for users as well as workers.
