The Universitat de València stands out due to its international dimension, and each year it is one of the top four universities in Europe both in sending and receiving international students.

These aspects are possible as a result of the Universitat de València’s internationalisation policy, which is based, on the one hand, on an important and attractive Erasmus offer, and on the other hand, on an extensive network of treaties that exceeds a thousand collaboration agreements with universities of the five continents. Finally, it is also built on the prestige of the Universitat de València as an outstanding university institution in the most relevant and renowned international rankings.

The Universitat de València holds an International Week annually in order to inform about all the internationalisation possibilities.

This year, the 18^th edition of this set of informative sessions will take place, and it will be distinguished by prevention measures against COVID-19. On this account, all the activities will be online.

The presentation of the Erasmus Studies Programme, the International Programme and a Quick Guide to mobility in the 2020-2021 academic year is available on the International Relations and Cooperation Service website of the university from Monday 9 November. Among the planned activities for this year’s International Programme, to be held from 9 to 13 November, are the information sessions on the Undergraduate Erasmus Studies programme for each of the university’s Faculties and Schools.

An informative session on the Erasmus placements Programme and on the International Programme is also included, as well as an informative session on Inclusive Mobility.

The International Week will be opened by an informative session on FORTHEM, a programme which gathers together different European universities (including the Universitat de València), and that opens up many doors to Internationalisation since it is a single programme approved by the European Union.
