More than a thousand participants will join next Sunday 1st October the 8th edition of the Passeig Saludable (Healthy Route) of La Nau Gran, an initiative organised by the University Extension Service and the Physical Education and Sports Service. The more than 1.200 people registered can pick up the commemorative t-shirts of the annual.
As every year, the Healthy Route promotes a healthy, solidary and sustainable activity, which is open not only to the university community but also to the valencian society, without an age-limit.
This healthy itinerary is an opportunity to go out into the street and share solidarity, sustainability and healthy values in a festive meeting between all the people who, starting at 10 am on Sunday, will begin the 3.5-kilometer journey along the Turia River from the Jardí Botànic to the Darwin Square of the Rectorate of the University.
Once the finish line is reached, the participants will meet at a healthy lunch during which the solidarity check will be delivered to the responsible of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER).
