The course is carried out thanks to the collaboration between the Universitat de València and the Fundació Esportiva Municipal de València, through the Office of Sports Volunteering, and combines theoretical and practical training. The theoretical training consists of two mandatory sessions, while the practice requires the participation in at least four sporting events or the completion of 16 hours of volunteering.

Students can choose from six sporting events scheduled from October to December, including the Run Càncer Ciutat de València (18/10), the Half Maraton (25/10), the Solidarity Run (8/11), the Run against Gender-violence (22/11), the València Marathon (6/12), and the Sant Silvestre València (29/12). Participants will receive a digital certificate after completing both parts of the course and passing the assessment.

The registration will remain open until four days before the beginning of the course (3 and 4 November, depending on the chosen option) or until all places have been filled. Courses require a minimum of 20 students. To obtain the certificate, it is necessary to attend at least the 80 % of the sessions. Students who are not enrolled at the UV and people over the age of 28 must have a sports insurance. Cancellation needs to be submitted at least eight days before the beginning of the course, with a 20 % of management costs.

Once the course is finished, students can consult their exams results, attendance records and projects, and ask for the review of their grades within 10 days after the publication.
