Dr. Vladimir Chirvony

A senior researcher, his international experience includes the Institute of Physics (Minsk, Belarus), University Paris VI (France), Technical University of Valencia (Spain). He has a long experience in technology of fabrication of semiconductor nanoparticles by physical methods, nanoparticle surface modification and optical spectroscopy. He has published over 120 articles in peer review journals and international conference proceedings. He was a coordinator of Si-nanoparticles related EU FP6 Project PSY-NANO-Si (2005-2008) and particiapted in more than 20 other national/international projects.
