The Committee will evaluate the proposal and, if accepted, the student will receive the documentation to be fill in by the company or institution in question. This documentation includes a student acceptance form by the company.

Once published the final list of the work placements, also through the Virtual Classroom, students will be convened a briefing, in which tutors will present and discuss various aspects regarding the placements offered. Completed the allocation process, the Commission will post on the Virtual Classroom a list in which the student's name, the placement allocated and the tutor who will take care of their supervision will be indicated. When the University-Business Foundation ADEIT have prepared the documentation, the Office of the Secretary of the Faculty will call the students to collect and sign it. Completed the process, the student can begin the work placement.
