Profile
Full Professor of Optics, Optometry and Vision Science at the Universitat de València, Director of ORBITA and Co-coordinator of OASIS. His research focuses on visual and physiological optics, ocular imaging and optical quality, ocular surface and dry eye, contact lenses, intraocular lenses, and refractive and cataract surgery. His work integrates optical modelling, in vivo clinical measurements and translational ophthalmic research, with extensive national and international collaborations. He has broad experience in competitive and industry-supported research projects and a longstanding commitment to doctoral supervision and researcher training.
