Associate Professor of Optics, Optometry and Vision Science at the Universitat de València, with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and clinical research across different hospitals and ophthalmology clinics. His research focuses on physiological optics and optometry applied to refractive and cataract surgery, with particular expertise in intraocular lenses. His work combines in vitro and in vivo evaluation of IOL optical and visual performance with the development of novel approaches to subjective refraction based on vector formalism, bridging optical science, clinical practice and translational research.
