The Chair for Agri-food Cooperatives just published a guide on labour relations and social security, which answers the main concerns raised by the application of labour law to the agri-food sector.
This practical guide, structured in a Q&A format, consists of five parts. The first one addresses the topic of labour relations, and covers issues related to recruitment, working conditions and outsourcing. The second part talks about collective bargaining. The third part deals with the legal and labour regime of workers and member-workers in cooperatives. The fourth part is entirely dedicated to social security and, the last one, to occupational safety and health.
