Researchers from the DSDC Research Group participate in a scientific publication in the journal Advanced Electronic Materials
The DSDC Group from the University of Valencia, in collaboration with the University Institute of Materials Technology of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, has published a new scientific article titled "Ti3C2Tx Electromagnetic Shielding Performance: Investigating Environmental Influences and Structural Changes."
This publication appears in Wiley's *Advanced Electronic Materials* journal and is available at the following link: https://doi.org/10.1002/aelm.202400024
The contribution focuses on investigating the performance of a new family of 2D transition metal carbides, known as MXene, which exhibits unique properties that can lead to highly effective electromagnetic interference shielding. These materials have been characterized in terms of their electromagnetic shielding capabilities, under different humidity conditions.
This study is part of the Advanced Materials program and is supported by the MCIN with funding from the European Union's NextGenerationEU (PRTR-C17.I1) and the Generalitat Valenciana.
