Session on food, university and territory

Participate in this dialogue about the Campus transition to sustainable and territory based food, which will take place next  19 October 2023 in the Universitat de València.

This session is aimed at the university community and at other participants related with university in terms of food and territory defence. The objectives are: 

  • To contribute in changing the dietary model in our campuses.
  • Link teaching and research with territory in terms of food.
  • To exchange good practices in teaching, transference and management between university campuses.

The Workshop has been organised thanks to the collaboration between the Office of the Vice-Principal for Sustainability, Cooperation and Healthy Life of the Universitat de València and the CERAI organisation in the framework of the project: Objective Sustainable Campus, with the participation of L'Horta de València Chair and the SDG Chair and the support of the Government of the Valencian Community and Valencia City Council.

It will consist of debates, workshops, poster presentations, and a photographic exhibition of the agro-ecological markets of the Universitat de València.
