L'estudiant de doctorat, Carolina Fernández Saiz, participarà en la V International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO) que es celebrarà en Berlin del 26 al 31 de Maig de 2024.
Carolina Fernández Saiz, a PhD student in the research group, will attend the 5è bianual International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO) that will take place in Berlin, at the Kulturbrauerei from May 26 to 31, 2024.
In this event, on Monday May 27, he will present the poster entitled "Crystal growth of gallium indium sesquioxide by using the MIST-CVD technique". (Program)
IWGO is the leading international forum for Ga2O3 and related materials, covering new developments in oxide-related physics and technology. The workshop brings together scientists and engineers working on all aspects of materials and device technology. In 2024 IWGO will be held in person to enable lively discussions and new synergies.
