It organised a panel on political parties

Fabio García Lupato (Complutense University of Madrid) as chair, with Oscar Barberà and Juan Rodríguez Teruel (University of Valencia) as discussants, organized the working group 'Party politics in Southern Europe after the COVID19 pandemic', at the XVII Congress of the Spanish Political Science Association (AECPA). The congress was held in September 2022 at the University of Girona and was entitled "Political Science before the new global challenges".

A total of 9 papers, many of them focused on political parties and policy-making, were presented and discussed in the working group on political parties over the course of two sessions.
